cinematography quiz:

1. In this picture a high key lighting is used to create a natural effect on the actors as they are walking through a park. A two shot is used to show the two people from this scene.

2. Here low key lighting is used to create shadows on the actors face, this could be to create tension in the scene. It is a medium close up and an eye level shot, this could be so you you can the persons facial expressions.

3. high key lighting is used to make a natural effect on the actor. The angle used is a low angle,this could be used to make the actor look like she has power.

4. filters are used here to create an effect that there is light coming from somewhere else, like a street light. A high angle is used, this could be to show the person does not have much power and could be a weak person.

5. A long shot is used here so you can see both of the actors, because one of them is on the floor. filters are used to create effects on the street. low key lighting is used to create shadows.

6.Filters are used here to show a light is coming from inside the building. Low key lighting is used and this is creating tension. It is a medium long shot to show all of the people in the scene.

7. An eye level shot is used here so we can see the persons facial expressions as they are in the water. Low key lighting is used to create shadows on the mans face.

8. Here a two shot is used so we can see both people. Low key lighting is used to create shadows and it also shows that they are scared of something.

9. Filters are used to create a light coming from somewhere else. An over the shoulder shot is used, this lets us see both of the people because we can see into the mirror. Low key lighting is used to create a dramatic effect.
